INGREDIENTS

500g of ground elder leaves
2 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of oil
1 bowl of yoghurt
1 tsp of red pepper
Salt

Preparation
Wash the ground elder leaves and boil for 3-5 minutes in hot water depending on the age of the leaves. The younger the leaves the shorter the time. Drain thoroughly then chop, place on a serving dish and add salt. Once the greens have cooled, pour the desired amount of yoghurt over the vegetables. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add red pepper. Cook on low heat for another minute then pour over the yoghurt and serve. Can also be served plain after boiling.
