Sumach Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon sumach
1 large red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 lemon, squeezed juice
Preparation
Combine onion and sumach. Prepare salad dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice until well combined. Pour in to tossed vegetables and mix well.
