Okra Salad

INGREDIENTS

4-5 okra pods
5-6 kocchi (small, red chilies)
1-2 tomatoes
Juice of one lime
1 sliced onion
Salt to taste

Preparation
Wash the okra pods, then steam them until tender. Once cooled, slice the okra in very thin slices. Add chopped red chilies, tomatoes, onion, and mix with lime and salt to taste.
