Passionfruit Ambrosia

INGREDIENTS
750ml of milk (3 large Tumbler glasses)
250g of sugar (1½ medium Tumbler glasses)
200g of coconut milk (1 large Tumbler glass)
95ml of passionfruit juice (½ teacup)
6 medium eggs
1 level teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Mix the all the ingredients in a blender for 1 minute or until smooth. Place the liquid in a saucepan on medium heat. Keep stirring until the liquid curdles. When the mixture has curdled, stop stirring, lower the heat and leave to cook for 30 minutes until the mixture thickens. Leave to cool, transfer to a dish and serve.
