Sauteed Eastern Borage

INGREDIENTS

500g of Eastern borage
2 onions
3 tbsps of olive oil
1 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of black pepper
2 tsp of salt
2 garlic cloves
1 egg

Preparation:
Wash the Eastern borage, then boil it until soft. In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Add chopped onions and sauté them until soft before adding the garlic. Add the Eastern borage, salt, and pepper, and sauté until the water has evaporated. Crack an egg into the pot, then. Once the egg has cooked, turn off the stove and set the mixture aside for several minutes to cool.
This dish can be served with yogurt, if desired, or without eggs.
