Wild Celery Bake

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch of wild celery (chopped)
4 eggs
2 tsps dried mint
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of red pepper
Olive oil

Preparation:
Beat the eggs with baking powder, mint, salt, peppers, ginger, and turmeric. Add chopped wild celery leaves, olive oil, and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-proof dish and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the edges turn brown. Serve hot.
